NAMI National has reconfigured its organizational structure and refined its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy. Embedding JUSTICE as one of the pillars of DEI will transform our operations and reorient mindsets toward a focus on cultural humility and the role it will play in achieving NAMI’s justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) goals across the Alliance.
