Making an Impact!

This past Saturday, NAMI NC held its Annual Business Meeting. Our financial results were reviewed, but more importantly, an overview of our operations for the fiscal year and the positive impact that NAMI NC, its affiliates and volunteers have made on our community’s mental health was also presented. Also the results of the recent Board and Bylaws elections were announced. The NAMI NC Board welcomes Dana Cea – a certified support specialist, volunteer and NAMI Member of 5 years. NAMI stalwart Diane Krisanda was also re-elected. The proposed revisions to the Bylaws also passed overwhelmingly.

Last but not least, during the meeting, NAMI NC recognized several individuals and organizations that substantial contributions to the mental health of our community.
