Community Inclusion (CI) is a movement to ensure that individuals with serious mental illness have meaningful participation in all levels of society. Lack of inclusion contributes to feelings of isolation and hampers recovery. NAMI NC’s Community Inclusion program (CI) focuses on how individuals with mental illness can find natural supports and activities with others in their community.  NAMI NC is holding a free virtual training on December 5th to teach YOU how to become a Community Inclusion Champion! You will learn what Community Inclusion is, how to start a Community Inclusion project in your area, and how to develop a grant application for funding CI in your local area!
