After a great awareness event with the Carolina Hurricanes , this past Saturday morning, NAMI NC Executive Director, Garry Crites, Public Policy Director, Ashish George, and other NAMI members were on hand for the 42nd Annual Legislative Breakfast on Mental Health.
At this event, leading voices from across North Carolina spoke and engaged in a meaningful discussions with peers, advocates, and providers around topics of critical importance to mental health care in the state. This year’s theme was Building Access to Care: Paradigm, Partnership & Possibilities.
