NAMI Wilmington President Johnnie Puckett met with Division of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Deputy Secretary Kody Kinsley.  The topic of the DHHS Town Hall meetings was Medicaid Expansion.  Over a hundred individuals came out to hear the latest proposals.
