The last two years have been tough for all of us as we have tried to navigate our lives in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. But perhaps none have been affected as much as our kids.

In a new documentary entitled Pandemic Generation: Kids in Crisis, WRAL documentary producer Cristin Severance explores the lasting affects of social isolation, uncertainty with the future, and fear of the disease upon adolescents in our state.

NAMI North Carolina Board member Amy Robertson and Director of Community Inclusion Mikayla Cardona were featured in the documentary, speaking to this impact.
