Special Free Class for Caregivers of Children/Teens!
NAMI Basics is free 6-session program designed for parents or caregivers of children and teens experiencing symptoms of mental illness or challenging emotional or behavioral difficulties. Learn about diagnosis, treatment, medications, effect on family, coping, stress, and more.

FREE FAMILY-TO-FAMILY CLASSES IN BURLINGTON, CHAPEL HILL, CHARLOTTE, & WILMINGTON!
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-12 session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. Pre-registration is required.
