NAMI Homefront is a free, 6-session program for family, friends and significant others of military Service Members and Veterans. The class helps families understand what the Service Member/ Veteran is experiencing related to trauma, combat stress, civilian life transition, PTSD and other mental health conditions. NAMI Basics is free 6-session program designed for parents or caregivers of children and teens experiencing symptoms of mental illness or challenging emotional or behavioral difficulties. Learn about diagnosis, treatment, medications, effect on family, coping, stress, and more.

FREE FAMILY-TO-FAMILY CLASSES BEING HELD IN WILMINGTON
NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people living with mental illness. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. Pre-registration is required.
