This January – Professional Hockey Breaks the Ice!

Raising mental health awareness can help folks understand symptoms, find professional treatment, and, perhaps even more importantly, break the mental health stigma that can hamper recovery and a better lifestyle.

NAMI NC is excited to announce that the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes are hosting ‘Hockey Talks Night’ on Tuesday, January 25th to encourage conversations about mental health and reduce the stigmas associated with mental illness.
