Parents and professionals will be empowered to engage in authentic (real) educational conversations with teens. This webinar will dive into teen alcohol abuse including usage trends and the dangers of binge drinking, blackouts, and alcohol poisoning. Parents will be provided some up to date information regarding social host laws. For those raising or working with a teen(s), in serious trouble with alcohol abuse, potential diagnostic criteria will be discussed. Together we will learn the best ways to engage all teens in respectful dialogue that leads to change regarding alcohol use.
