NAMI Wilmington Programs & Services
NAMI Wilmington holds a free monthly Speaker Series open to everyone.
Each month we have a different expert speak on a specific topic.
It is held the Fourth Monday of each month except for May and December.
NAMI Connections is a weekly support group for people living with a mental health condition.
Caring and Sharing
Caring and Sharing is a monthly meeting for friends and family members caring for someone with mental illness.
NAMI Homefront is a free educational program for families, caregivers and friends of military service members and vets with mental health conditions.
NAMI on Campus
NAMI on Campus provides information and resources to support students living with mental health conditions and to empower them to take action on their campuses. This site also includes materials to help colleges in improving the academic and social experience of their students by addressing the mental health needs of all students. NAMI Wilmington partners with CFCC and UNCW.
NAMI Family to Family
NAMI Family to Family Education Program is a free, 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe mental illnesses.
NAMI Peer to Peer
NAMI Peer to Peer is a recovery education course open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge. The course is designed to encourage growth, healing and recovery among participants.
NAMI Crisis Intervention Training
NAMI CIT program enhance communication, identify mental health resources for Law Enforcement assisting people in crisis and ensure that officers get the training and support that they need.
NAMI In Our Own Voice
NAMI In Our Own Voice is a presentation for the general public to promote awareness of mental illness and the possibility of recovery.
