The challenges that 2020 has our world facing are immense. However, in this time of strife and feelings of defeat, we can rise. As we work together to reach more families, communities, adults, and peers, we rise as a larger and more loving community. As we reach out to the youth in our communities, we rise to meet their needs. As we accelerate awareness education, early intervention, and suicide prevention, we rise to support one another when our time of need is at its greatest. Together, we still rise for mental illness.

This virtual conference has a great lineup of powerful speakers on the topics of Mental Health and Substance Abuse during the Crisis; Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion; and Rural Mental Health. Dan Gillison, NAMI CEO, will be one of the featured speakers addressing “Working within a Broken System”.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2020 and will be offered at no charge to participants.
