It’s finally here! NAMIWalks 2023 is this Saturday, May 20, from 9am – 1pm at Perimeter Park in Morrisville.
Our second in-person NAMIWalks NC since the pandemic promises to be an amazing event, with enlightening speakers and performers, interactive activity tents, a Kids Zone, sponsor and exhibitor tables, and more!
Some of the great activities you will find at this year’s walk include:
- Bounce houses and fun games for kids
- Photo booth areas to capture memories with your team
- Therapy dogs for petting
- Spoken word presentation
- Team T-shirt contest
- And much more!
Of course, we haven’t forgotten about the “Walk” part of NAMIWalks! The walk area includes a 1-mile and 2-mile route with tree-lined paths. The 2-mile route offers a beautiful lake view – perfect for photos! There will be multiple water stations throughout the walk site to help participants beat the heat.
