Zentangle Program Teaches Finding Zen Through Drawing
As part of its ongoing “Healing Through Recreation & Creative Art” class series, NAMI Cabarrus hosted a seminar called “The Art of Calm Through Zentangle” on March 27 at the Concord Library. Zentangle is an art therapy practice that combines simple drawing techniques with relaxation and therapy.
