During these tumultuous times, we all have been faced with uncertainty and change. An old French proverb advises “wherever life plants you, bloom with grace”. NAMI NC feels that in order to bloom in today’s environment we must nurture ourselves as well as others to grow—not just as individuals, but as a community. Add a little grace and we plan to do just that at this year’s Annual Conference.
A broad array of presenters will speak during sessions in line with our theme of Growth and Grace—including Mental health in an Anxious World, Mental Health and Social Justice, and various hot topics such as Discrimination against serious and persistent mental illness in programming.
