Today is the last day to make your voice heard! The election is more than just Presidential candidates. There are local and state races, too, and the individuals we elect this November will decide what services and supports are available in North Carolina.

If you are reading this before 7:30p on November 3rd, it’s not too late! Any voter in line at their assigned polling place at 7:30 p.m. will be able to vote. Unlike Early Voting, you must already be registered to vote and need to go to your assigned polling place. You can find where your polling place is located here.

Your sample ballot can be found here so you can prepare and educate yourself on your options. To help you assess candidates and their platforms, here is a link to a blog on some of the mental health considerations related to three of the major political issues in this election: health care, the economy and education. If you have additional questions on safety, procedures, etc. click here.

How you vote is your decision, but please take the time to inform yourself and exercise your right to vote!
