NAMI Orange County is offering the community a free, 4-Week Introduction to Guided Meditations via Zoom beginning Thursday February 4 at 5:30p.

The course is designed to help in learning to :

  • Be more present and aware in both work & home lives
  • Reduce auto-pilot reactivity in stressful situations
  • Enhance attention and connection in interpersonal communication
  • Offer yourself kindness and compassion in times of challenge
  • Find more happiness in everyday life.
