NAMI Orange County is offering the community a free, 4-Week Introduction to Guided Meditations via Zoom beginning Thursday February 4 at 5:30p.
The course is designed to help in learning to :
- Be more present and aware in both work & home lives
- Reduce auto-pilot reactivity in stressful situations
- Enhance attention and connection in interpersonal communication
- Offer yourself kindness and compassion in times of challenge
- Find more happiness in everyday life.
