NAMI Basics is a 6-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth who are experiencing mental health symptoms. Now you can take this great, free course from the comfort of your own home on your schedule!

This online course, Basics OnDemand, covers the same material as the in-person class which 99% of participants say they would recommend the program to others.

Additionally, the Connect and Share option in NAMI Basics OnDemand also offers parents and caregivers the opportunity to share stories, support and interact with each other in an online setting.

Also available online is NAMI Homefront. NAMI Homefront is a free, 6-session program for family, friends and significant others of military Service Members and Veterans. The class helps families understand what the Service Member/ Veteran is experiencing related to trauma, combat stress, civilian life transition, PTSD and other mental health conditions.

The online version of this class is being offered in early April. An application process is required to ensure this program is a good fit. Space is limited. To register, sign up here.
