Directions: At the intersection of S 17th Street and Savannah Ct, turn onto Savannah Ct road, and drive to the second street entrance where you will see a sign for Behavioral Health Hospital. The parking lot is in front of the “Novant Health New Hanover Behavioral Health Hospital”. Once entering, you will wait in the lobby until the meeting time.
NAMI Family Support Group
NAMI Family Support Group is for any adult who has a loved one affected by mental illness.

Directions: Once you park in the lot to the right of the main entrance of the church, you will see a red double door (usually will have a sign on it). Go into the building and then go up the staircase which will be on your left. Go to the second floor and make a left at the top of the stairs and the meeting will be held in the first room on the left

NAMI Seniors Mental Health Talk Group
This group, offered by NAMI Wilmington, is a peer-run support group for seniors to share thoughts and discuss common struggles and what we can do to balance our lives.
Directions: Currently the Brunswick Senior Center parking lot is under construction. Please park at the Leland Library (address: 487 Village Rd NE, Leland, NC) which is right next to the Brunswick Senior Center. The Leland Library parking lot connects directly to the accessible part of Brunswick Senior Center. Enter the Brunswick Senior Center and go down the hall past the welcome-staff office. Turn left and walk past the paperback library to the first door on your right.
Youngish Peer Connections Group
Youngish Peer Connections Support Group is a peer-run support group for anyone ages 18-35 living with mental health issues.

Every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 5:30 pm-7:00 pm

Family to Family Educational Program starting Tuesday, March 14th from 6-8pm in the Harrelson Center.
We are currently working on getting a program together for 2024. Emails will be sent out if you are subscribed to our monthly newsletter. When we have a date we will update the website here.
THE HEALING PLACE PEER SUPPORT GROUP
NAMI The Healing Place is a peer-run support group for anyone who has personal experience with mental health issues.

Jacksonville Peer Support Group
Jacksonville Peer Support Group is a peer-run support group for anyone who has personal experience with mental health issues.
NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups are peer-based mutual support groups that meet for 90 minutes of safe, confidential personal sharing in a flexible group setting. The groups are open to any adult who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition and are designed to connect, encourage, and support participants using a structured support group model. The meetings are led by trained Support Group Facilitators living in recovery themselves.
